Each guest will have a customized menu designed by 3 different Grands Chefs, the trio of chefs appointed to his/her table will be announced the evening of the dinner.

Menus will be exclusively created for the event by the brightest stars of contemporary cuisine and accompanied by superb wines and champagnes.

The finest British produce will be interpreted by each Grand Chef.

Menu (3 courses + cheese + dessert)

Aperitif: champagne Pommery - Cuvée Louise 2000

First Appetizer: DEVONSHIRE BROWN COCK CRAB or CORNISH LOBSTER
served with champagne Pommery - Cuvée Louise Rosé 2000

Second Appetizer: GIGHA HALIBUT or SCOTTISH SCALLOPS (DIVER CAUGHT)
served with champagne Pommery - Cuvée Louise Rosé 1990

Main Course: ABERDEEN ANGUS BEEF or DENBIGHSHIRE CHICKEN
served with red wine - Premier grand cru classé - Château Pavie 2002
or champagne Pommery - Cuvée Louise Rosé 1990

Cheese will be served with a Porto Rozes - Dom Rozes - more than 40 years old

Finally, you will savor your dessert with a famous champagne Pommery - Cuvée Louise 1999
